for group 2 (endocrine) -- molly carnes used to do endocrine modeling in the 1990s (when i worked with her a little) -- right now i just found a general review article but that might find some pointers or might find a model by searching for her (or calling her -- she's still active but more in social aspects of medicine rather than modeling) ... i'm afraid this might just be antique information -- https://paperpile.com/shared/swwR5bZTxQLiOtRLx2ZW9~w
