Goals: Panelists will give a 5-minute introduction and provide a comment about a “force” that affects (i.e. inhibits or nurtures) diversity and provide ideas of how we incorporate these "forces" into our “practices”, including how we submit grants, review each other’s grants, teach/train/mentor students and faculty, etc.
