Room Facilitators/Moderators:

• There are 25 minutes dedicated to each team (details below)
  • pitch time limited to 10 minutes (hard stop)
• Decide on an order and/or co-design with the team leads
• Ensure every person in the room has assessment handouts or, if they choose to, they can use the survey monkey form at the link provided below.
• Ask everyone to assess (as best they can) the presentation. This is new for everyone, so ask people to do the best they can. 

Overall Process

PLEASE USE THIS TEMPLATE TO PREPARE YOUR PITCH

• Please modify the last slide and include all team member names here

• Attendees will split into three breakout rooms, with up to four BDT Groups giving pitches in each.
• Each pitch will be assessed by the other BDT Groups in the same room and any others watching.
• Each person in the room will be given three assessment sheets to use in assessing the other presentations.
• Each BDT Group will give a 10-minute Pitch (see below for more detail), using slides. It should include
  • BDT project timeline
  • BDT collaboration planning timeline/approach
• Each group will then hold a 10-minute evaluation discussion. After this discussion, each individual will be given five minutes to finalize their final scoring. Please hold onto your assessment sheets until the end of the session, when leads will collect them.

Provide assessment forms to BDT Idea Champions at the end of the session. Online copies can be sent via email.

The Pitch: Each Group will have 25 minutes total for:

1. The Pitch (10 min)
2. Questions and Answers (up to 10 min)
3. Finalization of Assessment form (5 min)
4. Switch to next Pitch
